CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 25% of the total service cost. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the total service cost. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and 50% of the service cost will be charged. These fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate emergencies.
